Featured Artist:
Molly LeMaster

Molly LeMaster is primarily a watercolor artist who lives on Camano Island with her husband and three parrots.  In addition to watercolor, she also paints with acrylic inks & works in mixed media. She studied with several well known local artists and participated in watercolor workshops both locally and internationally. Upon retiring several years ago, she returned to her love of painting, which had been put on hold to raise a family.

" Living on the Island, nature is a constant source of pleasure & inspiration for my work." - Molly LeMaster

She and her husband have traveled extensively in Europe, Asia and Mexico & these travels have also greatly influenced the subject matter of many of her paintings. Hre work hangs in private collections in the United States, Egypt, England, Thailand, Canada, and Germany, as well as in Corporate art collections in Seattle. Molly is a signature member of the Northwest Watercolor Society, has won numerous awards & is teaching & hosting workshops locally.

Molly's delightful watercolor entitled "Dungeness Crab" was chosen by her peers - the membership of the Stanwood-Camano Arts Guild - as the winner of this year's the Art by the Bay poster contest.
